Why pay to rent when you could own & profit?
Most people would like to own a home but dont have enough money to just purchase a house. So we go to the bank & take out a mortgage so we can eventually own our homes. Most everything in our homes we own. So why do we pay every month to rent our power?
What if we set up a 2nd mortgage to own our utilities? Image paying the same amount of money you would pay a utility company per month on a mortgage for a rooftop solar installation? What if after 5 to 7 years of paying off a 2nd mortgage you could own your own utilities?
Better yet, if your solar power generates a surplus of energy you could sell it for a profit? Instead of a bill in the mail you recieve a check from your utility company to cash? This is all possible now. You would be doing such a good deed for our planet. Its a smart investment for not only our finances but our future.
When you own your utilities you wont have to worry about power outages as well.
Wise way to invest in my opinion.
The new technology is awesome.

We had an extreme weather event here in SE Michigan yesterday. The thunderstorms did some massive damage. Thank goodness there was just a tornado warning. You can replace homes cars & buildings. Tornadoes can be deadly. Fortunate no one lost a life. Grateful to still have power here in Warren as well. Both my mom & sister are still without electricity.
As our earth heats up these events will only become worse & worse. The more we burn fossil fuels the more Co2 we emit into our earths atmosphere. The more Co2 the more global warming & severe weather we will experience.
Climate change is very real. We must choose to act together & demand alternative energy sources. Solar & Wind are both free, emit no Co2 & offer an endless supply of power. When we drive EV or hybrid we can help reduce our amount of carbon dioxide we emit. Why pay for gas at the pump when you can charge up your EV for free?
Lets support a safe & sustainable planet earth. Lets help to bring about peace in the Middle East. Lets protect our planet & our people. Please Help to End Conflicts over Fossil Fuel.
