Why pay to rent when you could own & profit?
Most people would like to own a home but dont have enough money to just purchase a house. So we go to the bank & take out a mortgage so we can eventually own our homes. Most everything in our homes we own. So why do we pay every month to rent our power?
What if we set up a 2nd mortgage to own our utilities? Image paying the same amount of money you would pay a utility company per month on a mortgage for a rooftop solar installation? What if after 5 to 7 years of paying off a 2nd mortgage you could own your own utilities?
Better yet, if your solar power generates a surplus of energy you could sell it for a profit? Instead of a bill in the mail you recieve a check from your utility company to cash? This is all possible now. You would be doing such a good deed for our planet. Its a smart investment for not only our finances but our future.
When you own your utilities you wont have to worry about power outages as well.
Wise way to invest in my opinion.
