Hi All

Everyone makes mistakes in life. Very sad to lose 16 young students trying to earn an education. Lives are so precious. Life is such a gift. We must protect each other. You can build back a home or building. You can not replace a human being. We must demand a safe future for our people & planet.

Let's find reasons to love accept & forgive one another. We need to unite in order to save our planet from climate change. Wild fires & extreme weather events are becoming worse. Sea levels are rising fast. We need to rise up & act together.

Let's commit to making things better.

Let's rise up stand tall & share our voice.

Save our fellow people & protect our planet.

Hi Folks.

Another good day here at Serenity House. I got out to see my new medical doctor yesterday. They were all kind compassionate human beings. Appreciate everyone there. We had a lot to discuss on my first visit. Believe we were there for over 3 hours. Long day in the office. Afterwards Demetris took us to a local bakery. Omg... Tringalis is full of tasty treats. I tried the edise which was similar to a paczki but filled with cannoli cream.

Stock exchange has been on a wild ride recently. Hope we are able to settle things down on the market. Let's continue to support green growth.

We are scheduled to meet up at the Detroit Zoo on Monday. My sister is bringing all the kiddos. Little Fin Fin will be there. He is such a happy little baby.

If you live in SE Michigan please come out to visit Tringalis. It is a great little bakery full of good eats.

Good Morning

Hope we are all enjoying a nice weekend. It's been over 5 weeks now free from a facility. Great to be making a little progress. Very fortunate for everyone here at Serenity House.

My most memorable moments in life were made with family. Ready for our big day at the Zoo. I feel healthy again. I'm happy to be here in Warren. My parents seem happy & healthy as well. Will be great to spend some quality time together.

My goals in recovery are so simple. Stay happy healthy & facility free. So far so good.

Hi Folks

Hope you are all doing well. Rainy day today here in SE Michigan. Forecast calls for a nice sunny warm day tomorrow. Looking forward to spending some time with my little niece & nephews at the zoo. Will make sure to take a few pictures while we are there.

My bunkie Bradley asked to use my phone earlier. Hopefully everything will be fine here. Please know I have love for our fellow people & planet. All I could ask is for our government to love accept & forgive me. No one is perfect & we all will make mistakes. Madness & Anger can take away your joy in life. Everyday I choose to wake up with positive thoughts & a grateful heart. If everything happens for a reason maybe this could all be a blessing in disguise?

One day I could work in the mental health field as a peer support or recovery coach at a treatment center? I have accomplished quite a bit of success in recovery. Happy to be drug free for over 20 years. Alcohol used to be a big problem for me. I've been working hard at achieving long term sobriety. Freedom from drinking has been going very well. In the last 10 years I've only had a few drinks. Not perfect but great progress.

I try everyday to remain positive & be productive. No one on earth will every be perfect. I have been putting forth effort everyday for over 20 years to listen learn & grow. Im not comparing myself to others. My goal is to better my best & become a better version of myself.

Hopefully everything here will be fine. Apologize sincerely if I was ever misunderstood in life. When I offered to do anything anytime anywhere it was so everyone would know the truth. This witch hunt has been going on for long enough. Please let me stand trial or take a lie detector test so folks aren't angry? When I post about Nelson Mandela it is because I would like to be mentally free not the president.

I love my fellow people & planet. I love our government here in America. Believe they need some help though. Folks in the CIA & Military deserve a safe future as well our citizens. The goal of government is to serve & protect its people. I have love for them. Would like to help bring this back on track. I don't believe in violence. People have assaulted me multiple times over the past 20 years. I will always do my best to keep the peace. Never will I give up on love peace & freedom for us all. To free others you must first free yourself.

Please join me in climate recovery. We need to act together. Please love heal & build a safe future. Our efforts to help save our people & planet are not wasted. Severe weather is getting worse. Fires Floods Tornadoes Hurricanes & Rising Tides continue to worsen when we burn fossil fuels. Lets help one another transition into a safe & sustainable planet.

Please believe in love & peace on planet earth. Wars are terrible. We don't need to divide we need to unite. Please forgive me so we can end this witch hunt. Let us focus on saving our fellow people & planet. Please do not hurt me or harm me for any reason. Please protect me & prevent another world war.

Voices were becoming threatening so I thought it would be a good idea to journal my thoughts. Everything should be fine here tonight. We have a nice day scheduled for tomorrow as family. Everyday I try hard to improve so we can enjoy life as a happy & healthy family. I am happy to be alive. I love my life as an uncle. I will never give up on love family & freedom.

The fundamentals of mental health are to not hurt or harm people. Violence is not a sensible solution it is against the law. There are insane asylums to stabilize folks who believe in violence? We have prisons to protect us from violent individuals? I am a nice kind peaceful human being. I love you all & just want you to know it.

If you or someone you know believe in violence please reach out to get them some help to keep us all safe. In mental health therapy we learned never to hurt or harm folks unless in self defense. Don't hurt people. Don't harm people. Don't break the law. You have every right to be happy & free when you abide by the law. I am a happy healthy peaceful son brother & uncle. Please be sensible. America is supposed to be the Land of the Free. Please keep me safe. Please set me free.

Sure everything will be fine here. Tomorrow will bring us another great day.
