Hi T2W

Feel very fortunate for everyone at Serenity House in Warren tonight. Thankful to be enjoying life outside of a hospital here. My mom said it will be 4 weeks since i was in a psychiatric unit. Not a huge deal but at least Im making progress.

Bradley & I have a nice comfortable home with cool staff. Voices are difficult to manage at times but I am doing my best to stay so I can live free. They are treating me good & feeding me well.

Miss Serena knows how to cook. We had creamed spinach fried chicken & shells n cheese tonight. Grateful to enjoy her hot homemade meals. Our group home manager Demetris loves using our air fryer. Its a nice healthy way to cook up some good eats.

Anyways I appreciate everyone who supports me in my recovery efforts. There is a activity center we plan to attend during our days. They have a gym & art center which should be great for us.

Thanks for reading all my posts over the years. Keep hope alive for us. Never too late to be what you might of been. Everyone take good care.

Beautiful day here in Michigan. Bradley & I got out for a walk at our local park. Sunshine fresh air & exercise feels so great. Very fortunate to be free today. Wishing us all happiness good health & freedom.

Tough day on the stock exchange. Tomorrow is a new day. Great opportunity for us all to recover.
