NASCAR Race Day in Michigan.

Bright blue skies & sunny. What a beautiful day for the race.

Green flag set for 3pm this afternoon.

Still working on my Tribute vid to Kyle.

NBA finals are here.

Spurs & Knicks play tomorrow night.

Quite an exceptional performance by both teams last Friday. Game 2 could of gone either way.

San Antonio may be down 2 to 0 but don't count them out. They will come to play Monday night in New York. No easy buckets when Victor is in the paint.

Glad to be in my new home. I was able to sleep for a few hours last night. My new bunkie Bradley is cool as well as all our staff.

My folks are on vacation in upstate New York. My mom sent me an amazing photo of one of the waterfalls they were able to visit. I will post it up for everyone to view.

Hope all the race fans enjoy a great event today.

Not sure what is going on with the intrusive thoughts in my mind. Voices have become really unstable in my head.

I still love & appreciate you all. I love & care about the voices as well.

It's not right to hurt or harm people unless it's in self defense. I never assaulted anyone.

I offered for one chance to stand trial or take a lie detector test to prove myself innocent? I even offered to do anything anytime anywhere to earn that chance? What should i do? I am innocent. If given a chance I would be able to prove myself innocent so we can all end this witch hunt peacefully.

If people think i did something wrong i deserve an opportunity to prove myself innocent. I actually rescued ladies & protected women in life. I am a nice kind peaceful human being.

I try my best to wake up every day with a positive thought & grateful heart. For over 20 years now I have done my best to keep us all safe in society.

Hopefully the voices calm down. I need some help so I can sleep again at night.

Hi All

Thankful to be home & free to post again.

Very fortunate for all the folks at Henry Ford Health in Warren. They have an excellent facility & are all much appreciated.

I was able to spend time with some really cool people while in treatment. Wishing us all happiness & good health in life. Thank you all for your help & support.

Glad to report our portfolio is up close to 15% in the last 2 weeks. Always nice to view the green graphs for green growth.

Hi Folks

Decent day here at our home in Warren.

Down day for us all on the stock exchange today.

Feel very fortunate to be free tonight. There are so many good folks who have helped me with my mental health over the years.

Maybe if I'm free & able to recover I could enjoy a nice career in the mental health field? Would be an awesome opportunity to give back & help others in need.

Sometimes they allow me to lead groups in treatment & I really do enjoy it. My friend & I ran an appreciation tree group a few days ago. It turned out really nice & everyone seemed to enjoy the group.

Anyways hope we all enjoy a nice night.

Good Morning Folks

Premarket figures look great for green growth.

Life is good here at our home in Warren.

Our kind staff Serena made us up a feast for dinner last night. She is quite the cook. I stuffed myself until I was silly...lol

My Dad & I enjoyed a nice afternoon together yesterday as well. We had lunch at the local park & got up to meijer for some shopping.

The park has a nice big playground for children.

We are hoping everything works out for us all this 4th of July. Both my sisters will be in town with the kids. Should make for a nice holiday & fun way to spend time together as family.

Wishing us all happiness good health wealth & wisdom.

Hi All.

Wild ride on the stock market today.

Green growth was down early but is now up over a percent.

I was able to reach out to my mental health outpatient provider at TTI today. I requested that they resend all my scripts to our pharmacy so they will be available tonight.

I've been without my psych meds now for 5 days. I was only able to get a couple hours of sleep in the last 5 nights. Sleep deprivation can be torture & terrible for your mental health. Hopefully everything works out & they help calm the voices so I can sleep again.

At least my med review last Thursday went well. Hopefully my medication will be delivered to our home later today. It should really help me sleep better at night.

I apologize in advance for this post.

Its been over 20 years of voices in my brain. I do my best to keep them all happy & healthy. I try hard everyday to keep us all safe & stable as well.

Mental Health Hospitals exist to keep us safe. Inpatient psychiatric units are there to help protect us all. They are intended to prevent acts of violence homicide & suicide. It's not right to hurt people or harm people unless it's self defense. It's not right to hurt or harm yourself either.

I will continue to do my best to keep us all safe in society. When angry voices threaten me with assualt & homicide I reach out for help to prevent acts of violence. I have sacrificed my physical freedom over 200 times in order to keep our world safe.

When the intrusive thoughts become unstable I follow my own inner voice. When the voices go on a witch hunt I reassure myself that everything will be ok.

If it's not ok it's not the end & in the end everything will be ok. For 20 years I offered to do anything anytime anywhere for 1 opportunity to prove myself innocent.

If you are accused of doing something wrong in America you are entitled to a fair & speedy trial. Trials are in place to keep us all safe & prevent acts like witch hunts. You are supposed to be innocent until proven guilty.

Please help me prove myself innocent so we can end this witch hunt peacefully. I don't mind hearing voices but when they go on a witch hunt they become all mad & angry. I try my best to keep us all happy & healthy in our world.

I try hard to focus on what is in our control. Reframe my thoughts when they go negative. Lets choose to be happy & healthy today. Lets think positive & stay grateful.

My own personal belief is that you should love accept & forgive people equally. You don't want to let madness anger or bitterness steal your joy in life. No one will ever be perfect. We all make mistakes.

In the last 20 years it feels like I have had no freedom peace or privacy. They violate my rights take my freedom & invade my privacy all day every day. I still choose to wake up thankful for every day. Keep my thoughts positive & my heart grateful.

I have done my best to never give up or quit. I am a law abiding sober citizen doing my best to keep our world safe. Failure has not been an option. My dream is simple. Help us all find peace love & freedom. Help us conquer & free our minds. One day walk out of mental health prison a free man. United & free. Enjoy life with my fellow citizens & government as an equal.

Please be sensible. America is supposed to be the land of the free & the home of the brave? I am guilty of doing my best to earn an opportunity to prove myself innocent?

I mind my own business. My vehicle was taken away so i had to walk instead of drive. In the past 25 years all i am guilty of is crossing the road without using a crosswalk.

Nelson Mandela once said to free others you must 1st free yourself. Maybe if we made an effort together we could all improve. He also said forgiveness is power. Maybe we could all change for the better if we chose to love accept & forgive one another.

There will never be a perfect person. We all will make mistakes. If we chose to love accept & forgive each other we could all help one another. We learn & grow stronger together. We could be happier healthier human beings. One day we could all be set free?

Good Morning Folks

Happy to report we had a nice night at home. I was able to sleep well. Thank Goodness I feel healthy again today. My new home has lots of potential.

The city of Warren seems cool. I love to experience new people & places. Im an Eastside boy now. We are right off 12 & Van Dyke. There is a planet fitness less than half a mile away. Big Walmart & Meijer. There are quite a few cool restaurants & shops here.

Haven't looked at the premarket numbers yet. Our portfolio was up a little under 2% on the day yesterday. Green Graphs for Green Growth. Great Success.

Looking forward to another great day today.
