Voices in my head are driving me insane tonight.

It feels like a massive witch hunt going on right now. I have offered to do anything anytime anywhere for my family over 21 years ago. I protected women & carried ladies to safety in life. In the past 25 years all i have done is mind my own business. I am a nice kind peaceful law abiding human being. I am guilty of crossing the road without using a crosswalk because my vehicle was taken away from me? I don't believe i have ever been rude to anyone in my life intentionally.

I will never give up until I prove myself innocent.

It's been 21 years now I have offered to do anything anytime anywhere in order to prove myself innocent!

You are supposed to be innocent until proven guilty in a court of law!

You are supposed to be given a fair & speedy trial in America!

In over 25 years all i have done is cross the road without using a crosswalk!

This has become insane!

This is tyranny!

Please end this witch hunt!

Hi All.

Feeling much better tonight after 2 weeks at the Insight wellness center in Flint Michigan. They have an amazing recovery program. Love for all patients, nurses, docs & staff at Insight. They are like one big family. Miss you all.

Feels great to be back home again. Happy to be with our crew in West Pontiac. Folks here are all cool. Looking forward to spending some time with everyone.

Thank you to everyone who believes in helping each other. We have the choice to Love, Accept & Forgive. When we believe in recovery, it's possible for us all to heal.

Big ups to UofM.

Huge game this Saturday night.

That 19pt Connecticut comeback over Duke may of been one of the most magical performances ever recorded.

Congrats to Coach Hurley & all that Huskie Hustle. One of the most remarkable come from behind wins in history.

Great Day

I was able to spend some time with my family today.

We enjoyed a nice afternoon & delicious prime rib dinner.

My sister, brother, niece & nephews are all doing well.

Great to be able to see them.

What an awesome family.

Very proud to be their big uncle & brother.

Mom & Dad are very happy to be nana & papa as well.

Michigan looked amazing last night in their win against Arizona.

They play for the championship against UConn tomorrow night.

Looking forward to a nice day today.

I will always have unconditional love & best wishes for family. All i could ask is that my family love forgive & accept me for who i am.

Life is both precious & priceless. A gift for us all to cherish. Please dont hurt me or harm me for something i didn't even do. I am happy to stand trial or take a lie detector test to prove myself. I never assaulted anyone. I am no threat. I really do love & appreciate you all. I actually carried a lady to safety & protected women in life.

My goals at my new home are very reasonable. I would like for us all to be happy healthy & hospital free.

I told the truth for 21 years. Did my best to improve my mental health so i could enjoy a nice long fulfilling life with family? Please accept my apologies for being different & or misunderstood.

I wish us all happiness & good health in life. Maybe this could all have a nice ending? A silver lining or blessing in disquise? A potential job as a peer support specialist at a crisis center or recovery coach position?

I read a really cool quote while in Henry Ford Health in Warren. Start every day with a positive thought & grateful heart.

I am very fortunate & grateful for the support i received while inpatient. Please allow me to sleep again at night. I am reaching out for all your help. I would like to become a better son brother & uncle. I really do believe life is better with friends.

Let's help heal one another.
