Very good, it seems there's a lot of work going on in the US to tackle these type of frauds. Plenty of people are being taken to court and jailed.

I think its safe to assume hes not a real rogue. Doesn't mean he can trade or teach you to trade though. He is fully licensed and does trade other peoples money so he is at least semi legit. Not one for the gallery. My biggest gripe with any of these guys is you just hear about how good they are and never see them in action. A bit like the school bully, he had a great reputation and therefore never had to fight.
