I opened your document and did a screen capture. I use Windows XP and I just press the 'Print Screen' button to do this(on other versions of windows I think you have to press 'Ctrl' and 'Print Screen' at the same time).
Then I open Irfan View and press 'Ctrl' and ' v '. This pastes the image in to the program. To crop the image, I press and hold the left mouse key and move it to select the area I want. Then I press 'Ctrl' and ' y' to crop the selected area.
Then press 's' to save and select 'Gif - Compuserve GIF'
I think that fundamentally Yen is best play vs. dollar over the medium term. Other good options are commodity currencies like AUD and CAD. Pretty sure these will provide better return over the next 12 months than EUR longs.
