It often seems like us session is slower,on checking back there about the same activity as European,its probably better for us because we get two bites at the cherrys. Hvae re entered usd/chf but would bea bit of a late call,it looks right for a spike up to me,dont know when though

Anything other than Euro / US morning session appears to be dead everywhere, in anything.

Makes it hard if your best time to trade is evenings and you're on the East Coast.

Healthwise, not bad really. It'a a lifestyle adjustment though. What's going to probably happen is I will stop trading after 11:00am here (NY time). A large portion of my trades this year during the afternoon here have been losses. eu has averaged about a 7-8 pip range for the whole afternoon most days.
