FC is not the only one. I was stopped out earlier and went out having finished. Came back for a peek and saw a nice short (First short was stopped out) that I was not around to trade. Happens sometimes. :|

lol its always the way.. the market continues just as i close my positions..

still, overall the net effect (given an efficient market) should be near enough zero.

as for the 40pip stop, i feel that it is improving things somewhat on the lower volatility days. rather than giving a string of -50s back, -40 is a lot easier to bear..

i think a 30pip trail is probably getting a bit too much on the norman tightside though. will keep it at 40 for a few more weeks at least.

I believe I have see signs of USD weakness again, so:

USD SWiss at 1.2859 - stop 1.2932
Long Aus USD at 0.7529 - stop 0.7468 - really like this trade pendant on hourly chart

Also went short GBP Yen at 197.09 - stop 197.76
and Short Ftse at 5244 - I am touch cautious on this, given FTSE strength of late - Stop 5285

I've just done some very basic statistical anaysis on the data so far. The original data had a positive expectation of +3.8 pips per trade, by moving to a 40 point stop the expectation moved to +16.5!

This is probably more do to your recent good luck FC, and we'll need a lot more data to get any conclusive results. but it's looking good so far.
