Level II data - LSE & NASQAQ

Hi

I wondered if anyone could recommend a good source of Level II NASDAQ data.

I have Level II data for the LSE, provided free by the spreadbetting company I have an account with and currently I am trying to see if it possible to interpret these data in any predictive sense to help with spreadbetting for a short term/daily basis.

My second question is, are there any good articles, references in terms of interpreting and using Level II data for this purpose.

I do apologise if this, or similar questions have been asked before.

I know this is a very old post, but whoch spreadbetting provider gave you free level II data?
