Book for Futures Level II data

Hello all,

I am searching for a book which describes how to interpret Level II data for futures trading. To be more specific: I trade futures using NinjaTrader. But I am not really sure how to interpret the Level II data correctly. Maybe somebody can help me with a book recommendation of how to use Level II data in futures trading.

I far as I know there aren't any books about Level 11.
