Laptop lost password

Hi

I have been given a old laptop with XP for nothing, BUT when booting up laptop
I get the XP home edition login to windows screen asking for User name and Password.

I dont know them any ideas from as to how I can get past the password.

Once you get past the password, you'll be able to find out who owned the laptop.....]

I find it a bit strange tho that an 'old laptop' has and is able to run Windows XP

There is a simple way round this but I wont post it in the public forum.

PM me if you are still stuck and want to know what to do. It'll take 2 seconds and absolutely no computer knowledge whatsoever - its just another small flaw in Microsofts inbuilt "infallible" security...
