Keeping a low trading profile at present - my markets are disobeying the rules! So -

Stumbled across this site (possibly known to most of you already?) Lord Tedders Futures and Forex Trading: What Does it Take to Be A Successful Trader?

- thought this little quote on how long it takes to become successful, was interesting:

Total Time to
Break-even: 2400 hours
Profitability: 3000 hours
Profitable Day Trading: 5160 hours

Total Dollar cost to
Break-even: $15,000
Profitability: $17,000
Profitable Day Trading: $26,000​

That's quite a lot of effort if you're doing it part-time. Nobody (except the snake-oil salesmen) said it would be easy!

EURUSD is behaving textbook at the moment! First hour or 2 today was a bit choppy like, but since then its been smoother than a bairn's backside man!
