Junior Trader at Asset Management Firm

Hi All,

Currently I am having interview for a junior trading position (Most likely focus on execution, look after asian market) of an asset management firm (AUM >200B) . I am wonder what would the career path and exit opportunities like for this kind of position. I have working as an analyst for a vendor for 1 year, I would like to know is this a good move if I would like to move from an information provider role to another role.
