started it a couple of years ago but exams caused a stop start approach and never got far...
been running now for 4 months non stop and managed to increase my distance from 2 miles to 3 miles , about a 30 minute run at around 6-6.5 mph.

anyone else love running? the more i do it the more i get a high from it....and i'm aiming to come damn good in the local 10k race next may/june...i have a treadmill and going to try to be able to run 50 minutes on high speed and incline, i tihnk i can manage that by steady nudging in the coming months.

next is the marathon, been reading on the wall..anyone ever 'hit' the wall here and lived to tell the tale?

1) hate running on its own.

2) running on a treadmill is crap practice for running in real life.
