ISA Account: new Broker recommendation

Hi All,

I currently trade stocks in my ISA through selftrade. I am generally happy with them as they seem to have all the basics that I need. But, I am missing few features that I need badly e.g. global coverage: don't have many stocks I want to trade, they don't have stop limits on american and european stocks etc. Also, I am about to touch 100K with them. So, for safety (govt payback limits for crash and all) want to open account at another broker for next ISA allowance.

Could you recommend a broker that you use. Specially, if you could let me know about the features for global stocks, I would be grateful.

Found this list for International stock brokers:
http://www.investorschronicle.co.uk/assets/CMSlibrary/PDF/StockbrokersSurvey07_3International.pdf

Looking at this, following seem suitable:
idealing (9.90 charge, US shares can only be traded from 2:45 pm - 4:30 pm which is a no-no)
sharecrazy (9)
ETrade (19.99, US stocks only though)
TDWaterhouse (12.50)

Any info on these appreciated. e.g.
1. market coverage
2. service
3. charges
4. How many of these allow to trade international stocks in ISA account?
