Is LSC proper uni or a scam for foreigners?

A friend who's new to London has just enrolled at LSC.

It sounds like LSE when said allowed and I'm concerned it's a scam.

Does anyone know of the place or it's reputation? It does not even have an ac.uk domain

Probably a scam, might not be, but most certainly is not a proper uni.

The webcheck on Companies House says that it's disolved. But I don't really know what that means.

I don't know. I guess it depends on whether they're as snobby as me!
