Is it possible to Daytrade Crude Oil and be profittable?

For longer time now, I'm constantly try to develop a profitable autotrading strategy in ninjascript. I have used price action, volume and even multi instrument aproach (euro FX, Nymex crude). I tried 10 second and 1 minute charts.

All back testing was unsatisfying.

I don't have a good answer to your question. I do respect you for doing backtesting before committing real money to your ideas and for asking for input from those more experience than you. I wish you well.

I have recently started doing this and thus far yes. Trades are few and far between for me - one a week would be busy.
