Hi At',
Apparently, they do. I believe it's callled the 'Greater Israel' project which, depending on the ideological interpretation, encompasses modern-day Israel, the Palestinian territories, Jordan, Lebanon, and parts of Syria, Egypt, Iraq, and Saudi Arabia. I might be wrong, but this could account for why Israel isn't the most popular country in the middle east - or the world for that matter. They're committed to perpetual war with pretty well all of their neighbours.
What I struggle to understand is why ordinary jews - at least those in Israel - support this goal? Perhaps those living in other parts of the world don't support it but, unless I'm gravely mistaken, the majority of Israeli jews are right behind it. Needless to say, anyone who questions this objective is effectively declaring themselves to be anti-semite.
It's totally batshit crazy, absolute lunacy!
Tim.
As we all know the Christian evangelists also support Israel.
Effectively this is the continuation of the old crusades by religious freaks.
IMHO I feel the Jewish people are only tools and will be stabbed in the back by Christians in due course as the Roman Catholics n Christians have never been hunky dorry with the Jewish peeps.
In fact these three religions will perpetually continue this history of violannce and gang warfare until thy kingdom cometh.
