Interview with Citi

Hi guys,

Next week I will have a interview with Citi for a Trade Support role...

Anyone here already had a interview with this company?

Can you please tell me a little about your experience?

Please, can someone give interview tips because after a bad experience in my last company (they closed!!!)... I am really nervous for this interview, because I feel that could be a last chance to continue in Trading!

Never interviewed there but if you think it is your last chance then it will come across in the interview; you will seem to be desperate.

When I came out of uni, I was a bit over-enthusiastic, verging on desperate, and I didn't get any grad jobs. Then I found a non-grad job, got experience, then at the next interview (which specified degree qualifications), I was quite laid back acting like I was interviewing them! Ever since then, taking a more relaxed approach, I have got the job (apart from one instance where there was a much more experienced candidate; fair enough). I normally turn up at reception and say, "I've come for a meeting with Mr Sanders." If they ask, "Is it an interview?" I say, "Yes." but otherwise, it's a meeting just like when I visit a client.
