Hi guys, I am pretty new here,
I reach the last stage of an interview for an USA Bank for Fx market-maker postion. the last test it's gonna be a trading simulation. As far as I know, there are gonna be some simulated macro data coming out + simulated client requests and they are gonna see how you manage you book in a fast envirolment.

Does anyone have or know where I can download a trading simulator for free?

try oanda.com. if you are going to make the market, get the hell out before the number release and come back 5 minutes later the earliest. or hedge the book as well you can if you desperate enough to stay in

Prob a bit too late, but before the figure make ur quote have a large bid/offer spread, then reduce it after the figure as u see fit depending on the vol....

What is the difficulty added by macro data coming out ?
You stop quoting a few seconds before the release, and rebalance your gamma.

What else ?
