I am an undergraduate studying in Amsterdam. Do you guys know trading firms that would offer summer internships for penultimate year students anywhere in Europe? Thanks a lot!

London is your best choice and I personally would recommend an investment bank rather than a trading firm. JP Morgan, Goldman Sachs, Barlcays etc.

If it is purely a trading experience you are after again London would be best and look for a prop firm!

The ones you mentioned have pretty high requirements for their internship which I unfortunately do not meet. Thats why I would like to try trading in some prop firm first.
Do you know any prop firms in London that would offer summer internships for undergrads?
