I am looking at setting up an account with them.

Does anyone have feedback on their telephone support for UK-based customers when needed?
Any other good/bad points?

I read that some time ago, Interactive Brokers abandoned Retail FX trading in the US. Has this had an effect on UK clients too? Is there anywhere that you display your FX spreads (even if it's just historical average)?
