Sounds like Ninja uses the MyDocuments folder to save files. If so, then moving it would cause havoc.
BTW, I'm still using XP. I had a laptop with Vista installed and downgraded to XP. How is Windows 7 working for you? Vista was a nightmare. I'm afraid to upgade but at some point I will have to.
