Inside Track Property Course

Hi all,

I recently went to a free seminar held by Inside Track. They sell courses on how best to invest in property. This costs about 2500 for 2 people. At the end of the course, which is 2 days, they also try to sell joining their "club" for £5000. From this, you can get discounted properties.

Having been on the free seminars a couple of times, I am tempted to pay up and go on the course .

Does anyone know anything about them? They seem genuine, but are they? Basically, does anyone have any dirt on them, before I sign up.

I too went to a seminar and although they make it sound very convincing they are high pressure sellers, from all accounts. They are selling seminars for £thousands.

They are out to sell you off plan properties they have sourced at dubious discounts. Their courses are nothing you can't get much more cheaply elsewhere. Their membership costs etc are totally exhorbitant. Save your money.

Surely you wouldn't fall for the trading equivalent so why think there is a property 'holy grail'

Try looking them up on property forums if you want more direct info.

You need to register with the Singing Pig forum (http://www.singingpig.co.uk/discussion/forum). Singing Pig is the property equivalent of T2W. It's a very, very good place for property investors.
If you do a search for 'track' or 'seminar' you'll find that there are numerous warnings there in flashing lights about all these expensive seminars.

Well not quite for property but I am told a big "Yes" for land and it is called something like henlowland and is something to do with selling agricultural land in the anticipation that at some point in the future planning permission will be given to build on it (which is highly unlikely in my view)

Sorry,it's nothing to do with courses.Just a 6 bed house in Spain plus a seperate cottage for £6.5million

Property Seminars

There is no need to spend this sort of cash on a property seminars to get discounted property purchases. There are many good UK companies that specialise in this and you can choose from property all around the world. More info if you want it - and no I don't belong to any of them - just put your cash to better use.

A further point. Inside Track sell a dvd series at nine hundred/thousand pounds but you can often find them on ebay for twenty quid! What does that tell you! Well done on saving your money.
