Importing chart data

I exported some chart data a few years ago. This is my reference data set since I am a pattern trader.
Is there any free software which I can import the data into and view as a chart?
MT4 and NinjaTrader is rather complicated and I can't get it to work.

I exported it from TradingView with ISO time stamps. It's a CSV file with these fields: time,open,high,low,close.
However I'm sure I can modify the data to suit the software.
I would like a software that's as easy to use as TradingView.
