Does anyone have an opinion on IMCLE?

Mention cancer treatment and there's always a lot of speculative buying. It's sometimes a good trading stock, as was IMCL.
I'll certainly be looking for a run to long tomorrow, or the gap up to be partially closed. Pre-market might be fun........
