Anyone experienced any major problems today? Not sure if the subject was trending much on twitter, but I've see enough to know it's been a major issue...
IG Index, lots of angry twittering that folk can't close out positions

Yesterday morning Sydney time with IG Markets yes I had major issues. Placed a short EUR/USD position with the intention of only holding for a few minutes... got no confirmation... so re-placed the same order...no confirmation... so logged out and back into platform only to notice 2 short positions now had been entered. I then went to try and close one and received an error and then tried to add a stop and got an error. So had two position with no stops in the market and could not update them. I was also not able to update the positions via the mobile platform.
So called the dealing desk who were inundated with phone calls. I can say the 10 minutes or so on hold seemed like hours! They did acknowledge the platform was playing up. Luckily I ended up in the money. Used the platform that evening again and it was fine. Thats the only trouble I've had with IG in over 12 months though.

I had problems with the Dax. It said he was being rolled the whole night on sunday. Some markets wouldnt allow me to close.
