New to this site, so sorry if this is an old subject...
Having seen an earlier thread in which a charming person from IG(apparently) advised customers who weren't happy to go forth and multiply losses somewhere else, I'm wondering if this is typical of their attitude?
Does their website work reliably, and does it need Broadband? If there's a query or problem, how long does it take IG to do anything about it?

I guess it depends whether you are talking to a salesperson or a dealer and whether you have opened your account or not.
