First of all sorry for not putting a better topic title. I couldn't find better one.

The question is based on a Crypto pairs but I think it refers to all the market.

Suppose that I play on a BitCoin market and a BitCoin is on a strong bullish ride.

At the same time, I want to buy Ethernum (ETH/BTC) and some other pairs. Should I wait until bitcoin get some drawdown or it doesn't metter because I'm still on bitcoin market?

Does my account balance strongly depend on a time in which I buy a Xpair/BTC due to a value of BTC/USD ? Or it can only make a difference for me when I play a BTC/USD at the same time?

I have now idea if I made this question clear for You... I hope I did

Pleas help!

Please my friend don't go near this stuff until you understand how to play this game. Surely this is not the only chance in a life-time you have to make money (but it is a very good opportunity to lose it all).

Yes. This is why I asked this question ;) Please, give me an answer or a good read on this topic.

If your conviction is a trend continuation then one entry approach is to buy a pullback (drawdown has a different meaning). You can just buy regardless if you don't care about trade location but such an approach may carry greater risk if you are using it indiscreetly.

Sorry for a confusing question... Sometimes the simples things are the hardest for me to understand.

I got some sleep and see how silly my question is.

Now I understand it ;)

Glad you sorted it. Out of interest, what was the question and what was the answer? :)

Going into trading crypto without understanding how it works isn't the best way to make money.

As I understand you wanna buy ETH/BTC but now you have open positions for BTC/USD.
Ok, you're asking about what you should do to earn more. Join ETH now or sell BTC before it...
My opinion that BTC will go up in the next 2 month and will grow up to 21k, so it is no reason to stop trade BTC if you are in long position. (this is only my opinion)
If you wanna trade ETH/BTC you should understand that if BTC will grow, so ETH/BTC will go down, so you should sell ETH/BTC. But ETH price also can effect the ETH/BTC and you should know that if ETH will rise in price, so ETH/BTC will go up.
