how much does free version Ninja Trader charge per trade?

I am not sure you understand your trading platform. Ninjatrader is a charting service not a broker so there is no trading charge from NT. I use the free version with MBT.

Liquid validity
Depends whether you need live trade functions of Ninja.
Its not as elegant, and you don't get to study you r trade record in as much depth,
but you could just use Ninja for charting and so on, but still place trades
directly with IB on their web platform.
Just arrange Ninja and IB windows to suit.
Long term its easier to execute directly from Ninja though.
