i'm new to trading it was a mistake, i seen free money and tried to capitalise. Now i am paying the price it seems. As you have clearly stated i'm a idiot and deserve what i got.

there is also no such thing as free money.

i had to rebuy the shares at 7.5p after selling at 6.75p - i had orignially 31335 shares so you can do the maths - i had a huge profit on FML anyway so its just eaten into the profit signifcantly.
Sorry if you dont think £380 is a large amount for me it is!
Any advice on playing stupid over this can getting my money back? or is it a done deal?

if it was just selling twice then maybe the broker could've tried to cancel the second sale with the market, smaller co. market makers can be understanding with a genuine mistake, BUT since you then used money which you should've know wasn't your then the broker is not going to want to help you after it seems that you were willing to screw them.
