Hedgeing Libor or UK base rates

I am looking for ways to do this with spread betting. I am currently with IG and don't see a way to do this. Is there other SB providers who do allow direct SB on these items or is there a suitable proxy product (eg ETF)?

I think there will be others interested in this subject. if so please add comments or experiences.
