Slide down in Indian market may not be more than 1000RS. That my view. I don't think there is more space for gold to go down now.
 
Sujith, saw ur chart, when can we expect that move at NY or London time. I tried that sentimental calculation today but it went wrong, thank god I didn't place a trade.

when u were selling something for 100 inr ...n one day u are being forced to sell it at 70 inr...would u?

intnl gold rate is highly affected by economic crisis n ppl are out of investing. so money aint flowing smooth.

in indian local market...there seems to be no economic affect (like most of asian countries). so indians are not accepting the intl market. but as time passes n if intl prices stay below 800 $ for quiet some time, people will loose patience n start selling gold at lower price. ..remember on october 10th price was 910 $....19 days after october 29th its 745 $. pleople takes time to "accept" such drastic changes.

Well i was working on chart. donno how gaurav read my chart from mind :p. today newyork-crude inventory will decide the big one.

u get a 12 $ move just sitting here for 2 hours. fed decision will give some 10 $ move thats all. it gets important only when gold is near a monster resistance or support. such a data only can make gold break those resistances or supports.


757 was a moster resistance. he was tested 2 times so far. he is weak now.. but 727 $ is a monster support. he can be broken only with the help of fed decison..n prices should be around 732 $ region when fed rate is going to come for gold to break it.so time frame matters. n position of price too. cant predict well before. its a spontaneous move.
