Gambling game based on the stock market

I’ve a good idea for an online gambling game based on the stock market. I’m thinking of developing it and then hopefully interest an online company - the proceeds of which I shall spend on women and wine and the rest I shall waste.

Any suggestions on how best to develop this idea?
