Anyone familiar with this? I think it used to be called xTrader.
Having tried the demo for the last couple of weeks and being happy with it, I was going to deposit funds next month, however I got an email today from FXPRO saying as of 12pm GMT they are stopping charging commissions per trade and are going to make us pay the spread instead, and now the spreads have gone up to around 2.5, where as before they would average between 0.2 and 1 during the day, for GBP/USD and EUR/USD.
I thought a true ECN broker only made money from commissions from the trades opened and being closed? and not the spread like a bucketshop dealing desk?
