A solid broker in our view. Popular among our US traders, eventhough not regulated has a good reputation and history. We, as an IB, never had any bigger issues, and few smaller ones were swiftly taken care of.

if you deal with a broker who is not regulated you need your head examined. if you deal with IB's who introduce you to brokers who are unregulated and then earn commission from you you need to be sectioned !

USA traders have very limited choices so an offshore broker might look appealing. Google them and see what is being said about them.I would not send too much money but maybe dip a toe in and send a small affordable amount first.
