Futures prop. question

Does anyone know what the futures prop. firms look for in terms of a track record when deciding if they want to bring on a new trader? Would they look at a trader with 4 years of profits in the $70K-$150K range (annually) and one losing year in the -$60k-$70K range. This is a scalping style in stock index futures.
