Following a request made on behalf of the FTSE, all FTSE Index data has now been removed from the website.
The license fee for displaying delayed/end of day FTSE data on a public internet such as ourselves is prohibitively expensive, and therefore regrettably I have taken the decision to remove it from the website.
Although this has little impact on the site itself, it is a shame that we can no longer display a snapshot of the UK market on the frontpage.
