5m chart of the CAC
5m chart of the FTSE
5m chart of the DAX
5m chart of the DOW
spread bet provider with 1 point spread during market hours

Recipe
Watch all 4 charts closely, wait for the DOW,FTSE & DAX to break out then hop aboard the CAC. Take whatever profit you can and manage risk sensibly. The CAC often lags the other indices during european market hours.
You must look at the picture of Marion Bartoli every 5 mins to keep your eye in.
