thanks for posting your e-book.
please note that there appear to be pages missing:

you have pages upto 52:
then an un-numbered page titled Chapter 4:
page 56 onwards.

if chapter title is page 53, then pages 54 and 55 are missing.
if chapter title is page 55, then pages 53 and 54 are missing.

the pages were blanks in the original book which were inserted for layout purposes.
So all the text is there.
I mentioned this on page 1 of my intro in the file but
thanks for writing as others might have not seen that as well

Hi Dollar I removed it just before the mytempdir.com.
normally deletes. Quite a few people did pick it up but its a large file and I am not going to repost at this time.

The account allows 100 downloads. So, 99 chances left !!

I am doing this in good faith, and sending it out for free, as per originator of this thread.

looked at Elliott, and couldnt get my head around it.
the Prechter book is clearer.
have simply deleted the files off my machine, although may be on a back-up stick somewhere.
if I come across the files, will upload.
