FREE and decent screening tools UK / US markets?

Can anybody reccommend any free online websites / tools that can be used to screen for stock opportunities? eg. I want to find a stock in the UK retail sector, which has a P/E of X, market cap of Y and is trading at its 52 week high.

Is there anything out there that is free?

Ummm... Why not pay for one? Your going to be trading against people who pay for them.... Why put yourself at a disadvantage
