I have been trading by demo account for almost a year and still unable to make consistent profit. I need some advice and indicator that can work very well. Thanks.

There's no Holy Grail indicator. Just keep demo trading until you work it out. Try trend trading on 1 hour and 4 hour charts if you're trying to scalp 1 minute charts. There are some good threads on forexfactory.com that will give you some ideas but they do not have the Holy Grail, either.
