There are plenty of decent recruiters around London which will help place you into a trading firm, a simple Google will bring them up. You will have to be clear on what you are looking to get into though. Do you want to go to the buy side or sell side? Are you looking for a prop trading house, prop arm within a bank or a market making desk? Perhaps just a long only fund?
If you are not sure what some of these terms mean then it might be worth doing a little more investigation before approaching a recruiter, many specialise in particular areas. Your current experience and, dare I say it, age will be a factor. Many of the prop firms I know will only take on grads as they don't want employees tainted with the working mindset of a big corporate or bank.
I wish you all the best in finding your first position and can only re-iterate the other warnings cited on this thread. There are far too many companies out there offering training at a cost with the illusion of a job at the end. Getting out there and finding the role on your own is a far more reliable route.
