I am curious to how most of you backtest your forex strategies? Is it simply using the forex strategy tester in MT4 (if you use that platform), or do you export data to excel and do it that way (kind of difficult to replicate alot of technical indicators in excel), simply use the charts and your eye to do it or any other way?
Very interested in your responses. Is there a piece of software we I can fully calibrate it with most of the indicators, etc for backtesting?
