Which companies can I trade Fixed-Odds short-term markets (1/2/5 minute expiries) on indices like the FTSE, DOW and DAX? Not interested in binaries for the minute.

These are the companies I've found so far:

Paddy Power: 2/5 minute Fixed-Odds on FTSE, DOW, S&P, CAC, DAX, IBEX, Commodities, Currencies
Ladbrokes: 5 minute Fixed-Odds on FTSE, 2/5 minute Fixed-Odds on the DOW, S&P, FTSE, CAC, EUROSTOXX, IBEX, GREEK 20, AUSTRIA 20, Currencies, Commodities

Betfair: only 20 minute Fixed-Odds

Bet 365: only 5 minute Moving Odds

Extrabet: 5 minute Fixed-Odds

Are there other companies that offer these bets?
