What options are available to automate my trading? I am aware of ninja trader and strategy runner, but they do not offer the functionality I need.

Tons of brokers (e.g. Think or Swim, optionxpress, etc) offer automated trading of their more popular systems. If you have a system of your own, you're better off tracking in collective2 and having collective2 submit the quotes to a brokerage. Good luck.
