Dear All,
Don't know if this will be of any use to anyone- particularly those who are more experienced but welcome to it if anyone feels it of use. One of the issues I have always struggled with is determining the size of position I can take in relation to risk and size of my capital-after reading some stuff in a book I am in the middle of I pulled together an Excel sheet which automatesdetermining the size of position you can comfortably take given the risk you are comfortable with-price of share, stop loss etc.not sure how to upload the actual s/s but if anyone feels it of use then e mail me and I will send it on.

P.S. it is not rocket science just automates some simple calculations.

Hi,

I am trying to do the same, since i'm quite good with MsExcel. Could i please have a look at your calculation. BTW, where did you read the stuff? If it's about turtle trading, that would be even more interesting.
