Europe is getting its pound of Greek flesh, EUR to stay weak

EUR/USD has climbed higher recently either due to yields or a positive sentiment surround the Greece deal. Wednesday and Thursday remains a crucial time for any further headlines. But with ECB QE going on, and with the central bank having previously called for a weaker EUR, what lies ahead for the currency? Will it go up on a deal? if yes, how much? In this video, a bearish view for the currency is presented. But shouldn't the currency go higher after a possible deal?
